Methodology
  • Physico-Chemical Treatment: Coagulation and flocculation to settle dissolved pollutants.
  • Biological Treatment: Utilizing aerobic or anaerobic processes to break down organic matter.
  • Tertiary Polishing: Ultrafiltration (UF) or Reverse Osmosis (RO) for high-purity discharge.

Effluent Treatment (ETP): Chemical & Biological Neutralization

How it Works
Industrial waste is first gathered in an Equalization Tank to homogenize the flow and pH. In the Physico-Chemical stage, coagulants are added to settle heavy metals and suspended solids in a Clarifier. The water then enters the Biological stage, where specialized microbes "eat" the dissolved organic pollutants. The final "sludge" is separated, and the clear water is polished through fine filtration to meet environmental discharge norms.
