A process designed specifically to treat industrial wastewater to remove toxic chemicals, heavy metals, and oils before discharge.
Our Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP) are engineered to handle the complex chemical loads of industries like pharmaceuticals, textiles, and chemicals. We focus on "Pollution Control Board" (PCB) compliance, ensuring that your facility minimizes its environmental footprint while avoiding legal liabilities.
How it Works
Industrial waste is first gathered in an Equalization Tank to homogenize the flow and pH. In the Physico-Chemical stage, coagulants are added to settle heavy metals and suspended solids in a Clarifier. The water then enters
the Biological stage, where specialized microbes "eat" the dissolved organic pollutants. The final "sludge" is separated, and the clear water is polished through fine filtration to meet environmental discharge norms.
