Water Treatment

The systematic process of improving water quality to make it appropriate for a specific end-use, such as drinking, industrial processes, or medical applications.

End-to-End Water Treatment

We provide end-to-end water treatment solutions that transform raw water from various sources (bore well, river, or municipal) into high-quality process water. Our systems ensure compliance with global safety standards and protect your infrastructure from scaling and corrosion.

Key Processes
  • Pre-treatment: Multimedia filtration (MMF) and Pressure Sand Filtration (PSF) to remove suspended solids
  • Adsorption: Activated Carbon Filtration (ACF) to eliminate organic contaminants, odor, and chlorine.
  • Disinfection: Advanced UV sterilization and Ozonation for microbiological safety
Water Treatment: The Multi-Barrier Approach

How it Works
The process begins with Coagulation and Flocculation, where chemicals are added to make tiny particles clump together. The water then passes through Pressure Sand Filters (PSF) to trap these clumps. Next, it flows through Activated Carbon Filters (ACF), which utilize "adsorption" to pull out chlorine and organic odors. Finally, the water is disinfected via UV Radiation or Chlorination, which deactivates the DNA of bacteria and viruses, making the water safe for consumption.
